By accessing or using the Properties (including the ICI website and GlamBrandi platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Properties after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may use our Properties only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Properties

To access certain features you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must promptly update your account information if it changes
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with any third party

Use of the GlamBrandi platform is subject to the following additional rules:

• Coupons and discounts are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the account holder
• Coupons must be redeemed within the validity period specified at time of earning
• Attempts to manipulate games or exploit platform vulnerabilities will result in account termination
• All redemptions are processed through the GlamBrandi platform. No online cash equivalent is offered
• ICI reserves the right to void coupons obtained through fraudulent means

All content on the Properties (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is the property of Innovative Configuration Int. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Properties without our prior written consent.

THE PROPERTIES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Innovative Configuration Int. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Properties.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the most current version on our website with the effective date noted. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice before the new terms take effect.
